Who I am
I’ve been training for over 5 years, starting my fitness journey at home with nothing more than a multi-gym in my bedroom. During that time, training became more than just exercise. It helped me through some challenging periods and completely changed my relationship with my body, confidence, and mindset.
What began as a way to get stronger turned into a passion for helping others experience the same positive impact that training has had on my life. My approach to personal training is supportive, confidence building, and focused on helping you feel strong, capable, and happy - both inside and outside the gym.
